CHALLENGES,SWEEPSTAKES AND PROMOTIONS ARE IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK, INC. ("FACEBOOK") OR APPLE, INC. ("APPLE") OR GOOGLE, INC. ("GOOGLE"). YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO BexDigital.com AND APPLICABLE THIRD PARTY SPONSORS AND NOT TO FACEBOOK, APPLE, OR GOOGLE.

• Eligibility.  Bex Digital Challenges, Sweepstakes and Promotional contests (the "Promotion") are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are (18) years or older at the time of entry. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions  and where prohibited by law. Employees of BexDigital.com, or any of its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.  ​The Promotions are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotions.  Winning a prize is contigent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Winners of a prize valued at $600 or more are required to complete form W-9  prior to prize award. ​
• Disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant that it determines (a) has tampered with the entry process;​(b) has acted in a disruptive manner with intent to annoy or harass the Sponsor, Entrants, or any other person or entity;(c)has not satisfied all the requirements for entry in the Promotiions;(d)is otherwise ineligible under, or in violation of, these Official Rules or any policies or terms posted on BexDigital.com.​​​  Any attempt to commit acts of misconduct set forth in this section may be subject to civil and criminal law claims, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Sponsor.  Bex Digital Media, 9600 Great Hills Trail, Austin, TX 78759
• Timing.  Each Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on the 'Start Date' and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on the 'End Date' (The Promotion Period).  Each Promotion provides a unique Start and End Dates within access page.  Sponsor is the official time keeper for all Promotions.
• How to Enter SWEEPSTAKES.  You will automatically be entered when you click on an 'Enter' link and receive a 'confirmed' Entry.  Promotional emails may offer additional entry when clicking on links within the email. Sponsor may in its sole discretion provide alternative ways to receive additional entries through email or website promotion with instructions to enter.  Limit: 1 entry per person per day for each sweepstakes and each additional promotion. Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this Sweepstakes.
• Winner Selection and Odds of Winning Sweepstakes. After the designated Sweepstakes deadline, Sponsor or an independent judging agency will select 1 entry(s) for the prize in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The entrant(s) will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules). Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding. Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within seven (7) days of notification will result in disqualification. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
• How to Enter CHALLENGES:  Each challenge consists of two or more puzzles (crossword, word search, cryptic, or other challenge format) of the same or a combination of various styles and one or more tie-breaker to determine a single winner. To enter a Challenge you must click on the link(s) to access the Rules and the first puzzle in a challenge.  Correctly solve the first puzzle to get access to consecutive puzzles and tie-breakers.  All Challenges require some skill to solve. Consecutive challenge puzzles and tiebreakers will increase in difficulty requiring more thought, time and/or skill to complete. Each consecutive puzzle will have its own deadline that must be met.  Each puzzle deadline provides a minimum of 5 (five) days for consecutive puzzles and tie-breaker submission.  Access to consecutive puzzles and tie-breakers can take up to 24 hours to receive after a puzzle submission.  Incorrect entries will be eliminated. Limit: 3 entries per person for each challenge puzzle.  You may participate in multiple challenges at the same time.
• Winner Selection and Odds of Winning Challenges.  At the end of each Challenge, Sponsor or an independent judging agency will verify the highest score of the final puzzle. The winner is determined by the highest score and must have also submitted correct solutions of each preliminary puzzle.  The entrant(s) will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules). Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Challenge and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding. Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within seven (7) days of notification will result in disqualification. The odds of winning depend on the total number of correct entries received during the Contest Entry Period. Making a purchase will not increase the chance to win.
• Multipliers: Prize multipliers are available to increase prizes awarded in Challenges and limited to specific multipliers stated in the promotion.  2X and 3X multipliers can found hidden on the clue page.  Special 2X, 3X, 5X and 10X multipliers are available for purchase or included as a Bonus with an ALL Access Pass.  Multipliers must be activated during submission of the second puzzle in a challenge.  A Multiplier form will be provided on the submission page. 

• ​​Pay it Forward:  Select promotions will offer a 'Pay it Forward' (PIF) prize to be awarded to another player. To be included in the PIF prize pool, participants must register using a 'PIF Button' and meet the same eligibility requirements to win a prize.  A Challenge winner can not be a 'PIF' winner in the same Challenge.

• Expired Challenges: Participants may access Expired Challenges beyond the deadline and not be eligible for a prize.  Availability of expired promotions are for entertainment use only. 
• Free Entry and Access to Clues: All Contest Clues are available for free on the clue page of this website and also available through an Ad-Free Pass which can be purchased - but not required to solve challenges.  Clue purchases are for participant preference only. A purchase does not increase your chance to win. No purchase is required to participate in a Sweepstakes or Giveaway. Purchases made through Advertisers and Affiliate links do not increase your chance to win and do not provide additional entries. ​
